Post 3: My Favorite Cartoon

 

I loved watching cartoons when I was a child and today too, I remember I used to watching “The grim adventures of Billy and Mandy”, “Courage the Cowardly Dog” and "The Marvelous Misadventures of 

Flapjack” all they are my favorites series when I was a child, but then, when I grow up I’m watching  “regular show”, “The amazing world of gumball”, “Adventure time” , “we bare bears” , Gravity falls” etc, but the most I like is “steven universe” because is AMAZING, GORGEOUS, TOTALLY UNIQUE, I NEVER SEEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS BEFORE, IS… I don’t know how describe the perfect what it is.

The Serie tell the story about Steven with three aliens rocks what they are Pearl, Garnet and Amethyst, made a group called the Crystal Gems to save the world to the Diamonds (the most powerful gems in the universe)

I know all the songs and sometimes l singing it, this series taught me a lot , I was sad when finish it but this serie always be in my heart 💖

Post 5: My Future Job

I hope all of you are fine 😊

 

Well to respond the question I want to be an Architect and work in it, but I think this will be hard and stressful base on my experience in the university.

 

If is possible I want to do my work outdoors and travel a lot  not to  stressed , and to know new places and visit famous buildings to have more ideas for my work,  but I have a problem because I want to  travel and never live in the same place more than a year but I want have a plot of land far away from the city with a little house in it and do the plan alone in silence. And these two options are too different, but I can’t decide for just one.    

 

 if I was an Architect, I could change the form of my city, do my own home (that is my dream), and give to the people worthy houses, and comfortable cities where they can participate 

Post 4: How Green are you?

 

The first time when I learned about the importance of  environmentally friendly practices was in the school maybe in 7th or 8th grade, I don´t remember very well, so since 3 years ago all my family are recycling plastic bottle and paper so once a month we go to a Green Spot in Colina to recycling it, and concerning to transport when I go to Santiago I use public transport such us a bus and if I must go to a place in Colina I prefer to use a local bus or just walk, also, we try to reuse as much as possible for example with the bags, clothes (we buy clothes of second hand or “Americana” and when it is too small to me, I give it to my little sister and that with all my siblings), phones (with the phones the same happens).

 

 I’m not sure what is the size of my carbon footprint but I’m always trying to reduce it for the benefit of the planet

Post 2 : Songs and Memories

All my childhood is surrounded by music because in my parent’s house There were always “parties” with friends or my uncles but they listen to music like David bowie, the B-52’s,  the clash, blondie, Ramones, kiss, Mott the hoople, Marvin Gaye, Electric Light Orchestra, The monkees, Ozzy Osbourne, Queen. This last one has a very song so especial to me it is “Bicycle Race” because when I saw the video at my 7 years old, I was shocked hahaha, “Mom there are naked people riding on bicycle!” I said, then when I am listen that song, I hear the laughter of my mom.

 Another song which triggers memories is “hijo de la luna” by Mecano, I remember when I came back from the school, heard the song listening meanwhile I do my homework or when all my family cleaned the house, I remember my dog ran and play with my siblings or when I used to played with the neighbors, also I remember my best friend Cami, sometimes we used to sing the song and we knew all the lyrics by heart she has being  my friend since 2014 she is very special <3

Post 1: A Country I would like to visit

 

When I think about a country to visit, JAPAN always appears in my mind  because I like the anime so I really want to go to visit all the real places which I see in the movies and series or go to visit expositions about that, for example the Ueno park there is a cool shingeki no kyojin’s (attack of titan) exposition. There you can see all about the anime and manga story (comic), but this is not all what I like about japan, I like the people, the food, the culture, the modern and traditional architecture, my goal is to live and have my family there, but first I have to learn the language and that is going to take a lot of time of my life and I need money to go too, but anyway I make an effort to make this a reality

MUSIC

My musical tastes are varied, I can be listening to rock and the other second a cumbia villera

I like rock, pop, techno, hip-hop, jazz, cumbias, reggae ... well I think it would never endI like rock, pop, techno, hip-hop, blues, electro, jazz, cumbias, reggae ... well if I put all of them I think it would never end, the genres are irrelevant at the moment, at this time there are many sub-genres musicals, so is better to say what singers or bands I like:David bowie, the B-52’s,  the clash, blondie, Ramones, kiss, Mott the hoople, Marvin Gaye, Electric Light Orchestra, The monkees, Ozzy Osbourne, Queen, Scorpions, ABBA, Amy Winehouse, The mamas & The papas, DEVO, Supertramp, Elton john, Tina tuner, Bee Gees, Nicky Minaj, Jack stauber, Chancho en piendra, TOTO, Olivia newton, Los Prisioneros, Los tres, Billie eilish, Bon jovi, The police, The knack, Doja cat, Dua lipa, The Weekend, Madonnna, Childish Gambino, Michael Jackson, Cardi B, Iggy Azalea, Tame Impala. Those are just some of the ones I like, if I put them all I don't think it will end

I really like old songs because my parents liked them and I grew up with them, I listened all the time with my parents, my uncles or my grandmother

WHAT'S YOUR FAVOURITE PIECES OF TECHNOLOGY?

I think all of us would answer: my phone and my laptop, I would also answer the same thing.
 My computer is essential for my studies because in it I have Photoshop and Autocad, these are the programs with which I do basically everything. And my phone because I feel that more than some entertainment has become part of me or is like a partner in my daily life, it shows me fun things when I'm bored, it informs me about the world, it shows me how my friends are, the It encourages me to clean the house playing music, games when I'm bored. Well, this is possible through the Internet, and it is undoubtedly the best that humanity could create, it is like a world discovering that there are so many things to see in it and much to do.

The technological pieces that are super important in my life, I cannot imagine my daily life without the noise of the television in the background, without the weight of my phone in my pockets, being able to speak instantly with my friends or listen to any song that I want anytime

Why did you choose your career?

Hi, how are you ? fine? good! emm  today I’m going to talk about why I decided to  study architecture.

Actually I  have no idea why I'm studying this. Ever since I was a little child  I really liked  space and was excited to discover new things about it, but during my time at school I liked a lot of things. History, arts and math were my favorite subjects. So I was never clear what my choice was, I thought about several careers, but finally I decided that architecture was the career that had these three subjects, so I chose it, but even so I was not very sure. I did not know  what It was about very well, and no one in my entire family had studied at the university before.

But I'm in my second year and I like it and maybe in the future I can make a house on another planet, nobody knows.

Autobiography

Hi, I'm Kathy now this is how I am living. I was born on 25th November ,2000 in Santiago of Chile. I´m 19 years old. I live with my family: mom, dad, two sisters and a little brother. I´m the oldest sibling.
I like drawing, but now I don´t have time to draw something because I study Architecture at the university , which takes all my time ,so in this moment, I can only dream of the things I really want to do, for example , to go to a gym because I need it: my muscles are really soft. I also wanted to work to be able to help my family with money, but now with the quarantine I can't do anything. Anyway,  we have to keep going and now if I have some little free time I spend it on resting and playing in the "playstation" with my siblings. We are trying to finish "BORDERLANDS" so this is my routine now.
